Under this role you will provide confidential, professional, and accurate administrative support to LCCU's executive team and will support administrative functions of Central Services. How can you succeed with us? - High School diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role of a highly detailed, administrative function. - Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills. - Experience drafting agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of senior executives. - Excellent writing, copy editing, and formatting skills. - High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. - Ability to take part in occasional meetings and events outside of core business hours. - Organized with keen attention to detail. - Strong commitment to our mission.
