Description

The DreamSF Fellowship is a paid San Francisco-based leadership and professional development program for immigrant students and aspiring professionals who seek to gain real-world experience with social justice change-makers in the Bay Area.

Fellows are paired with local immigrant-serving community organizations and gain hands-on experience in direct services, advocacy, and immigration law, and more while growing a network of mentors. Fellows receive professional mentorship and attend weekly enrichment seminars to support their growth as leaders and community advocates.

The DreamSF Fellowship is a paid opportunity to gain professional experience in direct services, advocacy, community outreach, immigrant rights work and more.

In addition to the immigrant-serving experience at their host organizations, fellows gain experience in a variety of topics such as financial empowerment, networking, self-care, and more during weekly professional enrichment seminars.

Grow your network

DreamSF Fellows are connected to an ever-growing network of mentors. These mentorship opportunities help guide fellows on their professional journeys.

Fellows also work directly with immigrant communities and social justice movements in the Bay Area.

Get involved

DreamSF Fellows are connected to leadership, volunteer, and community engagement opportunities both during and after the fellowship.
