ob Responsibilities:

Develop a District & School Partnership Strategy (20%)

  • In partnership with the CPO and other members of the leadership team, design a regional and national strategy for programmatic growth in alignment with ImmSchools’ 3 Year Strategic Plan
  • Identify new school and district partnerships within existing regions
  • Ensure the short-and-long-term business strategy meets annual revenue goals
  • Work in close collaboration with the CPO to align strategy to programmatic priorities

Implement a District & School Partnerships Strategy (40%)

  • Manage and retain existing district and school partnerships across ImmSchools’ 4 regions
  • Build effective and collaborative relationships with existing regional district leadership, principals, cross-sector leaders, and key community stakeholders across regions
  • Develop proposals and negotiate district and school contracts in alignment with ImmSchools annual revenue goals
  • Field incoming request from partners and district outside of existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with ImmSchools operations and financial team to ensure an effective financial processes including contracts processing
  • Analyze and share  outcomes data with partners to facilitate and guide decision-making

Manage Team (30% )

  • Coach and develop 4 Program Managers (who supervise a total of 8 part-time program facilitators and 4 interns) to meet regional and individual goals and meet school partnership contract deliverables
  • Identify professional development opportunities for program managers and monitor individual development plans in alignment with short and long-term goals
  • Actively Participate in team wide performance evaluation process, conducting annual reviews of each direct report
  • Support the CPO with curriculum implementation and program staff trainings  
  • Oversee regional data collection and reporting on measures of school culture
  • In collaboration with data team, be accountable for national programmatic outcomes; foster the sense of accountability for results in partners driven through an equitable lens

Learning and Collaboration (10% )

  • Collaborate with departments across the organization in order to meet organizational wide goals
  • Contribute to ongoing learning through department and org wide team meetings
  • Engage in team wide conversations on diversity, equity, belonging and identity development in alignment to ImmSchools efforts to becoming an anti-racist organization



  • At least 5-7 years of experience leading schools and/or managing partnerships with track record of achieving ambitious outcomes  
  • At least 4 years of experience selling and managing contract partnerships with school districts a plus
  • Professional/personal experience of working with undocumented students and mixed status communities highly preferred
  • Prior experience coaching, motivating, and leading adults and teams
  • Experience working within a developing outcomes-driven, collaborative and constructive team environment

  • The base salary for this position is approximated to be $100K USD
  • This compensation is specific to the state of NYC’s local labor market and may vary for employees living in other areas.
  • Actual pay will be based on the skills and experience of each candidate
