Description
This role leads administrative and financial processes and outputs, including the following responsibilities: - 50% Collect and organize information about our operations, including participant engagement, program efficacy, equipment/inventory levels, grant requirements and deadlines, and accounts receivables/payables - 30% Coordinate program logistics including external communications, event scheduling, materials, venues, transportation, and meals - 20% Create reports with summaries and trends for internal operational decision-making and for external analysis (like consolidated grant report data and public impact reports) - Collaborate with the team, bookkeeper, board of directors, partners, volunteers, and interns as necessary to complete the aforementioned objectives
