The Nurture Consultant is responsible for supporting the Nurture Department—specifically the planning, project management, and execution of Train the Trainers, Education Day, Mini-Education Days, and annual deliverables tracking. The consultant will work closely with the VP of Education & External Affairs and will provide weekly progress memos, maintain updated workflows, identify challenges, and ensure seamless execution of department priorities. The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented consultant who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional communication skills, and can support both educators and students in preparing for legislative meetings. Consultant must maintain reliable transportation to travel to schools, community partners, and soffices, and event locations.
