Aliento is seeking Arts & Healing Facilitators to support Cultiva programming for students, Dreamers, and immigrant families across Arizona. Facilitators will co-lead arts-based workshops using provided curriculum, guide students through mindfulness, reflection, and creative activities, and create safe, supportive spaces for healing, self-expression, and community building. Responsibilities include supporting virtual support groups, in-class and after-school sessions, open mics, and weekend workshops; conducting community outreach; assisting with event setup and documentation; completing program reporting; and engaging students through arts and wellness programming. This flexible contractor position pays $20/hour, includes paid full-day training, and provides mileage reimbursement for eligible travel. Ideal candidates are passionate about arts education, mental health awareness, immigrant justice, and community care, with strong communication skills and experience working with youth, families, or diverse communities.
