The Association of Raza Educators (A.R.E.) is awarding an educational scholarship to graduating high school seniors entering college and college students currently enrolled in a community college or university. To be eligible to apply, candidates must be a student/community member residing in San Diego, enrolled in an accredited college/university full-time, and have an overall GPA of 2.5 or above. Candidates must also be an undocumented/AB540/DACA student or a student engaged in social justice work. Applicants must submit a personal statement, one letter of recommendation, and a copy of their most recent transcripts. Deadline to apply is May 15.
