Typical Services Provided:

• Apartment housekeeping (including laundering of linens and towels)
• Apartment move-out cleaning (including laundering of linens and towels)
• Basic customer service support (responding to guest or tenant needs)
• Local errands, purchases & delivery to apartments (e.g., supplies, welcome kits)
• Meet & Greet services: airport pick-up/drop-off (7 days a week, including evenings)
• Move-in inspections and setup of access devices
• Initial apartment furniture setup
• Coordination of cable/internet installations
