Code the Dream (CTD), a growing national nonprofit, is hiring a full-time NC Outreach and Partnerships Lead to help expand awareness of CTD’s programs and strengthen our partnerships across the state. You will play a key role in expanding strategic outreach and organizational partnerships to grow the pipeline of North Carolina applicants for Code the Dream’s classes and apprenticeships. You’ll work to eliminate barriers and create accessible career pathways — particularly for low-income and underserved communities — by building strong, mission-aligned relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and employers across the state.
