This fellowship is a one-year full-time work placement seeking to develop journalistic skills and provide early-career digital media professionals with newsroom experience. Chosen fellows will receive one-on-one mentorship, develop their editing skills, and gain live broadcasting experience. Responsibilities include preparing video packages, working with production during the live morning show, operating studio cameras, and editing field packages. To qualify, applicants must have at least 3 years of experience shooting video, using editing software, be an avid consumer of global news, and be bilingual (Spanish/English).  Complete a chronological resume with dates of employment, 2-3 video samples with one being a news story you worked on, and a cover letter. Applications are due by January 16, and the fellowship begins March 9, 2026.
