Description
The Co-Coordinator (Program & Logistics) oversees pre-event logistical planning and day-of execution for the Latinx Graduation Recognition Celebración. This role ensures all event logistics align with the goals and expectations of the Executive Committee, venue, and community stakeholders. The Co-Coordinator works closely with subcommittee chairs, volunteers, performers, and venue staff to create a seamless experience for graduates, families, and attendees. The Co-Coordinator (Program & Logistics) will work closely with the Co-Coordinator (Strategic Planning & Administration) to ensure seamless coordination and execution of the Latinx Graduation Recognition Celebración.
