This four month fellowship brings together women or nonbinary professionals early in their career (0-3 years) for bi-weekly two hour sessions. Each session offers participants practical tools, insights from industry experts, and a strong community of peers to support their growth and success. To qualify, applicants must demonstrate commitment to career advancement and leadership development, and willingness to contribute to group discussions, share experiences, and participate in peer mentorship. Applicants must also be aligned with Emboldly's mission of advancing women in leadership and creating an inclusive professional community. The application deadline is December 1 with notification of acceptance delivered December 31. Accepted applicants must pay a $50 retainer fee by Janurary 9, this fee is refunded upon completion of fellowship. Fellowhship starts January 24 and participants are expected to attend 7 of 8 biweekly sessions on Saturdays (10 AM PT / 1 PM ET), have cameras on , and actively participate. There will be asynchronous activities to complete between sessions.
