Empire Connect Agency is hiring Remote Call Center Representatives for a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors will handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, product support, and accurately document interactions. Candidates should have prior call center experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and a quiet home office. Flexible scheduling is available, with opportunities to choose service intervals based on availability. A Windows 11 computer, reliable internet connection, and other home office equipment are required. Starting pay is $12–$15 per hour with opportunities for increased earnings and advancement based on performance.
