Hired In Michigan is currently inviting employed Resume Writing Workshop Facilitator professionals to lead live, in-person Resume Writing Workshops at our Southfield workforce center. This is a paid opportunity to share your recruiting expertise, help job seekers improve their résumés, and promote your company’s open roles directly to local talent. Position Summary: Facilitators will host a 60-minute resume writing session designed to provide job seekers with insights from real hiring professionals. You’ll guide attendees through resume improvements while gaining visibility for your organization’s hiring needs.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Currently employed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or HR Manager
• Active hiring authority for your company in Metro Detroit
• Experience reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates
• Comfortable speaking and coaching in a workshop setting
• Passion for workforce development and mentorship
