The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities is offering the United Health Foundation Scholarships, which consist of 65 renewable scholarships of $10,000 per year. These scholarships are open to undergraduate students pursuing degrees for a career in the healthcare clinical profession.  Preference will be given to applicants focused on primary care, rural health, pharmacy, behavioral health, and maternal health careers. Additionally, applicants must be enrolled or plan to enroll at a HACU-Member Hispanic-Serving Institution, must be classified as sophomores entering their junior year during the fall 2026 semester, and must have/maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale). Choosen scholarship recipients must attend the ¡Adelante! Leadership Institute at HACU’s 40th Annual Conference, Oct. 31 – Nov. 2, 2026, in Chula Vista, California. Travel and lodging expenses for the conference will be covered by the scholarship. The deadline to submit applications is May 15, 2026.
