We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive contract accountant to ensure operational excellence across our financial systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting expertise who has comfort working autonomously, managing monthly close and reporting cycles, and interfacing with leadership, staff, and external vendors (e.g. auditors, payroll, retirement plan administrator). You’ll lead our day-to-day bookkeeping, ensure fiscal accuracy and compliance, and contribute to monthly close, reporting, payroll, and audit prep. In this role you’ll report to the Chief of Staff and serve as a strategic thought partner and subject matter expert to build and maintain workflows that contribute to continual improvement of our financial management practices and health.
