This year, the Home Is Here Opportunity Program will be accepting applications from individuals who:

• Have a personal connection to the immigrant experience and community and are already engaged in or interested in learning more about entrepreneurship, advocacy, and organizing.
• Have experience and comfort in public speaking, sharing their personal stories, and community building, within a program that is designed first and foremost to honor and protect the safety and wellbeing of those most vulnerable within the community, and offers a safe space for storytelling anonymously and for internal purposes only, whenever it becomes necessary for the safety of everyone involved.
• Can commit to 10-15 hours/week from October 2025 through March 2026.
• Can attend virtual opening orientation on September 29th, 2025, and closing celebration on March 13, 2026.
• Open to folks across the country.

Program participants will receive a stipend of $7,000 while also gaining professional development and skills, receiving one-on-one mentorship, and becoming part of a nationwide network of immigrant leaders through their participation in the program.
