Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure leadership, CEO, can accomplish key tasks and execute on organizational priorities. Primary responibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, serve as point of contact between CEO and external partners, and ensure proper documentation of records and confidential files. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for organizing meetings, events, and conferences ensuring all necessary materials are prepared at least 24 hours in advance. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, minimum of 5 years experience in administrative support experience, and proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.The Candidate must also have strong organizational skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, and great time management. Salary range for this position is $85,000 – 100,000 dependent on experience, and benefits are available.
