Description
Inclusive Action is seeking a Research Fellow to support the Policy Team’s research on social safety nets & retirement security for older immigrant workers, particularly workers who are undocumented and/or who lack access to existing federal retirement programs such as Social Security and SSI. The research fellow will conduct a comprehensive analysis of data collected from online surveys, one-on-one interviews, and community dialogues collected from older immigrant adults living in Los Angeles County. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with other leaders and immigrant-serving organizations, and facilitating communication with organizational partners. Eligible applicants must have written and verbal fluency in Spanish, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and a Bachelor's degree in public policy, urban planning, or a related field.
