The United Students Site Organizer is a full-time position focused on youth development and leadership. The Site Organizer is responsible for coordinating the United Students club’s weekly meetings at Eastside high schools and bi-monthly on-site leadership meetings with core leaders. Additional responsibilities include developing outreach strategies to engage youths, training core youth leaders, and collaborating with other US staff to coordinate campaign activities. This position pays $25 - $28 / hour and offers health benefit plans. Applicants must have strong communication skills, a sense of social justice analysis, experience in youth organizing, a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and a CA driver’s license with a reliable automobile.
