The Leading Ladies Connect Pitch Competition seeks to support women-led businesses with strong ideas, real traction, and measurable impact. Founders are given the opportunity to pitch their ideas and gain upto $15,000 in funding for thier busness. Selected finalists will pitch live at the Leading Ladies Conference 2026. Eligible applicants must be a self-identified woman, founder/co-founder of their business, and have a clear business model and growth plan. Eligible businesses must be registered and operational for at least 3-6 months, and they must be for-profit. The application close April 1, 2026. There is a $35 non-refundable application fee.
