Little Justice Leaders is an organization that supports parents, caregivers, and elementary educators in teaching kids about social justice. For this mission, the organization is seeking a Content and Operations Assistant who will manage administrative tasks and provide content support. Administrative responsibilities include managing member payments, providing customer support, creating analytics reports, and drafting proposals. The content support involves quality-checking educational resources, overseeing content creation across multiple platforms, maintaining a content calendar, and updating the website and membership site. Applicants who fit this role are detail-oriented, have great communication skills, are passionate about social justice, and know what makes great content. This is a remote, part-time (10-15 hours/week) contract position. The pay for this position is $18-20/hour, depending on experience.
