Job Title: Marketing Communications Assistant
Reports to: Community Engagement Manager (CEM)
Employment Status: Full-Time - 40 hours/Week
Salary Range: $18 – $21 Hourly (Salary Commensurate)

Position Summary: The Marketing Communications Assistant will play an essential role in supporting Mano a Mano Family Resource Center's marketing and social media management activities. They will support the Community Engagement Manager (CEM) in executing promotional strategies, maintaining an online presence, and coordinating community outreach events and activities. Critical to success in this role are effective design skills, solid written and verbal communication skills, a willingness to learn and grow on the job. This can be an entry-level position — it provides opportunity to gain experience through practical application, problem-solving, and build skills through mentorship on the road to higher levels of responsibility and project management.
