Description
The Mixteco/Indígena Community Organizing Project (MICOP) is hiring a Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator to help the team support, organize, and empower the indigenous migrant communities of California’s Central Coast. As a Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator, you will support hiring managers in the recruitment process, track compliance with mandatory training, and enhance employee engagement by fostering a positive work environment. Additional responsibilities include processing the company's payroll, preparing employees' benefits billing packages, and processing employee expense reimbursements. To apply, you must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, one year of experience in HR or payroll, and be bilingual in English/Spanish. This position is full-time, requires 40 hours per week, and pays $24-$27.50 per hour. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
