We are seeking a skilled facilitator to design and lead two 2-hour racial healing circles for our incoming cohort of 12-15 Colibrí Fellows. Facilitators will join us at the MIRA office on Friday, October 17, 2025 for the first session. Then the facilitators will return to continue or build on the work during our January retreat, which will be held in Essex, MA with an option for January 29 or 30, 2026. We are especially interested in practitioners with lived experience in immigrant communities or legal advocacy work. We are committed to fairly compensating facilitators for their time, labor, and expertise.
