NODA is hiring a detail-oriented and creative Education and Engagement Specialist (independent contractor) to support the development and delivery of our educational professional development programs. This position blends instructional design, program coordination, and communications to create high-quality learning opportunities for higher education professionals focused on student orientation, transition, and retention.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging course content, building professional development programs in Canvas, coordinating monthly webinars and virtual programs, and managing educational communications and promotions.
