OYE is seeking organizers, artists, and cultural bearers from Indigenous communities to apply for the Mobilizing Indigenous Leadership for Policy Arts & Sovereignty (MILPAS) Fellowship. This fellowship awards a total of $1,500 to create and develop a one-time project, such as a podcast series, a short film, or an art exhibition, that addresses the Mental Health, Educational, Cultural, and/or Social experiences of Indigenous migrant communities. The proposed project should outline how it will serve the indigenous migrant community. Acceptance into the program will require recipients to deliver mandatory monthly reports and to meet regularly with their liaison. The project will be showcased during OYE's Annual Indigenous Youth Conference scheduled for November 2026. The deadline to apply is June 19, 2026.
