Description
Undergraduate students (and recent grads) who have demonstrated interest in Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) issues and causes are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include advocating for causes important to the AANHPI community to legislative officials and engaging in workshops dedicated to AANHPI issues. Interns work up to 35 hours a week for ten weeks while receiving training and mentorship from OCA members. Networking opportunities with nonprofit partners will be held to benefit participants. A stipend of $5,250 will be provided, while OCA National will cover travel, meals, and lodging expenses.
