Beyond Rising is a paid internship program for undocumented youth in New York City. This program provides college readiness skills, career mentorship, confidence, and professional networks. Participants, known as Beyond Rising Fellows, will be placed in administrative offices at local colleges and universities, where they will receive on-site experience and coaching. Fellows are expected to commit to weekly workloads, maintain attendance, adhere to workplace regulations, and meet deadlines. To be eligible to apply, applicants must be undocumented immigrants, be aged 16 - 20, and live in New York City. This six-week internship, from July 6 to August 7, offers 30 hours of work per week with a weekly stipend of $500 via VISA gift cards. The deadline to apply is May 31.
