Poder Latinx is seeking a full-time Community Organizer based in Texas to engage Latinx voters and community members on climate, immigration, and economic justice. This role will focus on grassroots organizing, volunteer recruitment, and direct community engagement to strengthen civic participation and advocacy efforts in the state. The Community Organizer will serve as the primary connection between Poder Latinx and local communities, engaging voters through culturally relevant outreach strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about grassroots movements, leadership development, and mobilizing Latinx communities to drive systemic change.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
