The company is looking for professionals with at least two years of installation experience who own their own tools, have a reliable truck, van, or trailer, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship. Contractors should possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete projects to company standards. Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain), a valid driver's license, and a smartphone or tablet for work orders are required.
