Description

The John Lewis Young Leaders Fellowship provides undergraduate students from marginalized backgrounds with the resources and opportunities to become human rights advocates. Chosen fellows will attend the 4-day fellowship retreat from June 11 to 14 before starting the fellowship on August 10, 2026, to May 30, 2027. During the fellowshipstudents will meet with RFK Human Rights staff for monthly 1-on-1 coaching, attend a monthly cohort meeting every 2nd Monday of the month, and complete a capstone presentation at the conclusion of the fellowship. Fellows will receive a $2,000 stipend, paid in $1,000 installments per semester, and $1,000 in funding for completion of capstone project.
