This senior management position is responsible for managing the organization's core operational systems, staff support, and administrative processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include payroll processing, serving as the primary staff contact, organizing operational information for easy access, and continuously improving operational processes. Applicants must have 3-4 years of experience in a nonprofit business, the ability to work authentically with POC-led or immigrant-serving capabilities, and live in or near King County to fulfill physical requirements.
