Work Location: Los Angeles

Pay Range or Rate: $25.00 per hour

The Peer Support Patient Navigator will be working to Increase access to gender affirming clinical care for 135 TGI individuals ages of 18-25 and provide patient navigation services. The ideal candidate would have to be knowledgeable about service delivery in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.  The ideal candidate would be proficient, preferably in English and Spanish, and will have clear professional guidelines about how to successfully work with people of trans and gender nonconforming experience and be able to make assessments and develop an individualized case plan to empower victims of violence.

Proof of employment eligibility, valid California Driver’s License and/or California Identification, and yearly automobile insurance.
