Verizon Small Business Digital Ready, in partnership with LISC, is  awarding $5,000 grants to small businesses based in California, New York, and West Virginia. The grant aims to help small businesses sustain themselves and grow. The grant is awarded directly to selcted business owners and does not need to be repaid. Business owner must be 18 years or older to apply, The business must be for-profit, have verified financial documents fors stakeholder review, and a primary business address in California, New York, or West Virginia. To apply, business owners must complete one Digital Ready course or event by March 31 to unlock the application. Businesss owner's must create an account on Verizon Digital Ready's website to gain access to the free courses. The application must be submitted by March 31.
