The Vilcek Foundation is awarding three $50,000 prizes in their 2027 Vilcek Prizes for Creative Promise in Biomedical Science. To apply, applicants must be born outside the US to non-American parents, be 38 years old or younger, have a doctoral degree, be a biomedical scientist with outstanding achievements in their field, and be a tenure-tracked employee at an academic institution or organization.  Applicants must also be a naturalized citizen, a permanent resident, a visa holder, or a DACA recipient. Applicants must submit academic/professional details, CV, evidence of authored publications, two letters of recommendation, and three essay responses. To access the application form, applicants must register for the Vilcek Foundation Prizes Portal and create an account. The application deadline is May 4.
