The Women in California Leadership Foundation is providing the Minerva Scholarship to women and girls seeking to empower themselves and enhance their lives through higher education. Up to 126 $3,000 scholarships and one $10,000 scholarship will be awarded. To be eligible for scholarship consideration, applicants must be California residents, enrolled full-time in an accredited college for the 2026-2027 academic year, have a minimum GPA of 2.5, and identify as a woman, girl, or female regardless of gender identity. Additional documents to submit alongside the completed application are a 250-word Personal Statement. resume, transcript, two letters of recommendation, and a copy of the university acceptance letter.
