Youth Will's 2026 Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy, & Development (LEAD) Fellowship is a paid summer fellowship that introduces youths to pursue careers that bring them joy and fulfillment - not debt and pressure. For 6 weeks from June 13 to July 25, fellows will develop skills in political analysis, research, and advocacy. Fellows will advocate for career pathways that prioritize youth mental health and policy change of outdated ideas of education, workforce, and youth well-being. To apply, you must be 18-25 years old, be based in San Diego County, and be available for all fellowship dates that last from 10 AM - 2:30 PM. Accepted fellows will receive a stipend of  $1,500. The application deadline is April 26.
